THE SPACE
Palm Court is a very spacious Colonial stye house designed by an American architect in the 1930’s with a verandah at the front of the property and two terraces, either side, perfect for BBQ’s, entertaining al fresco and sunbathing in the summer months. Log fires in the living room and reception hallway make it very cosy in the winter. Refurbished in 2021 and designed with style, comfort and relaxation in mind, with natural materials and furnishings, fresh white walls present the perfect backdrop for the colourful modern artwork and prints.

LOCATION
The property is within easy walking distance to the heart of the village and harbour of Polperro. Polperro is a small traditional, historic fishing village with plenty of charm and characteristic tiny lanes with access only for residents. Palm Court has the benefit of much sought after private parking spaces for 4/5 cars) There are plenty of pubs to choose from, bakeries serving hot pasties, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and the famous Blue Peter Inn right by the harbour wall, the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. Spectacular Cornish coastline can be explored and nearby beaches are all in walking distance. Polperro is near the harbours of Looe and Fowey
GETTING ABOUT
Directly from the house you can walk down to the village and take either of the stunning coastal paths that take you in the direction of Looe via tallied bay and it’s beaches and cafes, or in the other direction towards Polruan and Fowey. You can take a water taxi in the summer months over to Looe. The small car ferry at Boddinick crosses the estuary over to Fowey which has many attractions, restaurants, kayaking etc. Looe, Bodmin or Plymouth have the nearest train stations.
